Dean Boyce
CPD & Accreditation Director
Dean oversees a range of BPN CPD programmes including NASENCO, HLTA, DSBM and Apprenticeship End-Point Assessment services. He has worked across early years, primary, secondary and HEI sectors as a teacher and school leader, and since 2007, as part of the BPN team, gaining a wealth of experience and understanding of high-quality CPD for all members of the school community. Dean’s expertise includes assessment where he has over the years been the lead assessor for NPQs and both the NASENCO and Early Year SENCO programmes. He has a keen interest in music and in all sports, particularly swimming and cycling.
